ABout Me

My story with lighting began at my local church when I was just eight years old. I quickly fell in love with the power of light and the way it can transform the atmosphere of a room. What started as learning basic production soon became a deep passion for lighting and design. As I grew, so did my role. I learned how to operate and program lighting systems, trained others, and helped shape the visual environment for services and special events.

One of the most valuable lessons I learned early on was how to be creative within real world limitations. While still in high school, I was trusted with budgets to rent fixtures and design lighting packages for special events, always finding ways to push creative boundaries while remaining efficient and intentional.

After graduating high school, I transitioned directly into the entertainment lighting industry, joining a lighting rental house in Burbank. Working in the shop allowed me to learn the industry from the ground up, gaining hands on experience in show prep, gear maintenance, troubleshooting, and show deployment. Within a year, I advanced to show crew.

Today, I work as a lighting technician and programmer on a wide range of productions, from small events to large scale shows. I continue to carry the passion that started in the church, approaching every project with excellence, efficiency, and purpose.

Lighting is more than a job to me. It is a craft, a technical challenge, and a creative outlet. Every show is an opportunity to tell a story through light.
